What is ShipIt?
ShipIt is a white-label dropshipping and fulfillment service for research use only (RUO) brands. We pack, label, and ship your orders under your brand, so you do not buy inventory upfront.
Do I need to buy inventory upfront?
No. You do not pre-purchase product. You pay product cost only when your customer places an order, and there is no minimum order volume.
How much does ShipIt cost?
A flat $10 per month keeps you connected. Your first order each month receives a $10 credit toward product cost. You pay our list cost plus a per-order fulfillment fee only when you ship. There are no setup fees.
When am I charged?
Product cost is charged when the order is placed. Packaging and shipping are charged when it ships.
Will my customers see the ShipIt name?
No. Every shipment leaves with your branding, return address, and packing materials. Your customers never see our name.
How do I send orders to ShipIt?
Connect your storefront or backend through our REST API to push orders automatically, or log in to the tenant portal and create manual orders on demand.
What can the API do?
Pull live stock, post orders, and receive webhook updates for order status, tracking, and payment events. Every outbound webhook is signed so you can verify authenticity.
How does inventory work?
Pull real-time stock counts through the API or the tenant portal. Inventory is shared house stock, reserved only after payment.
What happens if a payment fails?
The order freezes as a draft. Update your card and retry without losing the order or the reserved stock.
How do I get started?
Sign up, enter your company details, and upload your logo. Admin approval is required before live orders.
Who is responsible for compliance?
ShipIt is for research use only sellers. Compliance with all applicable laws is the responsibility of the seller.
How do I get support?
